Submit a story of your own

We are looking for stories like the “best romance you ever had” or the “worst trip of all time” or that incredible toilet you encountered in the Sahara desert.   Selected stories will be published in a future book, at which time all writers will be paid an honorarium for their contribution.  Please include a short bio, mug shot, URL and e-mail address, and signify which of these items you would like included on this website, and which in a book.  All contributions should range from 500-3,000 words. 

Possible Best/Worst categories might include:

Work/employment

-         best job, worst boss, worst working conditions, best perks

-         weird jobs

Food

-         best meal of all time

-         worst thing you ever ate

-         hotel/restaurant

Romance

-         love and sex

-         missed opportunities

Travel mishaps

-         lost luggage, etc

-         toothaches, accidents,

Accommodations

-         best/worst hotel

-         pleasant surprise in lamentable circumstances
